So many people have written to me asking how to get a butt like Kim Kardashian that I had to disappoint them that no amount of exercise will give you a big butt, which is celebrated in many cultures.  If you are not born with one, you can always try a butt augmentation, or if you have sagging, undergo a Brazilian butt lift, but it is nearly impossible to get a perfect butt without plastic surgery.

I must warn you, though, that if you are tempted by those so-called J Lo butt shots, do not do what Alejandra Guzman did: go to an unlicensed professional and get injections of toxic chemicals.  Former Miss Argentina Solange Magnano actually died during a butt enlargement procedure.  Of course, there are always padded panties like the Booty Poppers.
