
Those of us who have enjoyed watching Drew Carey on television have always imagined him to be this warm, friendly, chubby guy but concerned about his health that arose from becoming a Type 2 diabetic, he decided to do something and has lost as many as 80 lbs.
Like Sammi Sweetheart, he too went on a very strict no-carbs diet. This is a fairly tough diet to follow because to give up bread, pasta, beans, and starches of all kind is not easy. He replaced it with healthy choices like egg whites, Greek yogurt and freshly cut fruits.
And recognizing that we can get so many calories from our corn syrup laden beverages, he has simply switched to drinking plain water all the time. And as anyone knows, cardio is his favorite workout to burn calories.

I do understand the need to lose weight being overweight myself but I was watching Drew on the Price is Right today and noticed he doesn’t have that spunk or fun spirit that he used to.

Ya, he doesn’t have to be as likeable since he’s skinny.
