Summary
While we take our celebrities too seriously and almost worship them like goddesses, the reality is that they are human beings like us. The difference is that they look so good, they are not lazy to work hard on their bodies. Jessica Biel tells Glamour magazine that, “I’m not a perfect person who doesn’t mess up, eat bad, not work out–I do all those things.”
How does Jessica Biel stay fit?
While it is hard to do (even I workout only five days a week), Jess works out daily, and on alternate days with a personal trainer (if you can afford them personal trainers are worth it but I am in excellent shape by just reading/videos about exercises and making up some of my own routines). She also enjoys hikes and ballet dancing.
And anyone who has ever tried to understand how diets work knows that carbs are our enemies. That is why she avoids bread, sugar, dairy, and meat. I eat more or less like this but I am not against dairy because I consider milk to be a complete food.
She also subscribes to the Kelly Bensimon diet of eating low calorie meals on all days except one day that you can eat whatever.
