Kelly Bensimon workout

Now that you know the Kelly Bensimon diet it might be noted that while diet is much more effective in weight loss (it is so much easier to cut 100 calories from your diet than to burn the same amount by working out; just do not drink a can of Coke), exercise improves metabolism, give you that toned look, and improve your overall health.  While you can pick any of the multitude of exercise options, Kelly seems to like boxing, a very intense workout that burns lots of calories and strengthens your muscles.  It is important to remember that you may not want to overdo it because Kelly Bensimon is already anorexic.  Thankfully in this cute, red, chiffon dress with a strategically placed slit you can see her long legs that are so toned.
