How did Sammi Sweetheart lose weight?

Image of Sammi Sweetheart Giancola in a bikiniOne of the great things about the Jersey Shore is that everyone is bad; in other words, no one is like a celebrity with perfect body, manners, and style.  I guess they are as ordinary as the rest of us.

If Snooki is not bad enough, remember Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola?  Like two out of three women in America, she was overweight and how almost everyone in the country is apparently always on a diet, she did that too.  The only difference is while the rest of Americans are dieting just to feel good that they are doing something — and not necessarily to lose weight — this woman now makes a living from her body and got serious and lost a shocking 15 pounds.

So how did she do it?

Actually, there is no rocket science to weight loss, as I have repeatedly said.  Eat less, burn more calories, and repeat.  Sammi told Life & Style that she chose a no-carbs diet.  While tough to do for an Italian, she dumped pasta from her diet and replaced with vegetables.  To burn calories, she basically raised her cardio workout by running like crazy.
