How did Bethenny Frankel lose pregnancy weight?

Pic of Betheni Frinkil in a swimsuit bikiniOne of the things that I like to research is how women lose pregnancy weight.  With the overwhelming experience of childbirth, losing baby weight can fall through the cracks.  But celebrities like Salma Hayek, Octomom, Leah Remini, Geri Halliwell, Gwen Stefani, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rebecca Romijin, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and many others have successfully done it.  You can now add the name of reality television star Bethenny Frankel and author of diet books ‘Naturally Thin’ and ‘Skinnygirl Dish.’

After giving birth to Brynn, in just 3 months, Bethenny is at 118 lbs and that gives her a BMI of 19, which is just a bit higher than the lowest number (18.5) recommended for her height.  In other words, this is the lowest that she can go.

So how did Bethenny melt the fat?

She tells US that her rule is “Taste everything, eat nothing.”  Now a lot of you will be offended and even find her advice impractical (and that is why you are probably fat and unable to lose weight) but if you want to have a healthy weight and a smoking hot body that looks like her, you will need to make sacrifices, and the very first is to EAT LESS.  You get fat only because you consume way more food than your body needs.  What she is saying is that if you just have a few bites of each dish on the menu, that is all you need.  If you start cleaning up oversized portions in restaurants, you will be walking around with double your normal weight and suffering from all kinds of obesity related illnesses.
