Elizabeth Hurley sure can teach us all a thing or two about looking good. But like Bethenny Frankel’s principle of taste everything and eat nothing, she too recommends eating nothing for breakfast. That’s right. She says that she drinks only hot water, maybe an espresso, and a few oat cakes (these are sold in England and are generally just crackers made from oats).
I am a big fan of drinking plenty of water, especially the first thing in the morning with a slice or two of lemon, and I consume oatmeal for breakfast as if this is my last meal, but I am not convinced that one should have such a light breakfast. Most experts recommend a healthy and filling breakfast, with most of the fat that you would consume in a day.
