I wish women will will remain healthy at all times by following a lifestyle that allows them to maintain their weight in a healthy range. That way they would never have to go on a diet but we are not perfect. That is why before the wedding day many to-be brides go on a crash diet and exercise religiously to become slimmer so that their pictures would come out great in the wedding dress. Does it mean then that women should simply get married more often so that they can be fit?
Hilary Duff is following a diet and exercise program prior to her wedding to Mike Comrie with the help of personal trainer Harley Pasternak, the creator of The 5-Factor World Diet:
- Exercises to reshape the shoulders and improve posture
- Improve midsection muscles so that no tummy shows in a well fitted wedding dress
- 15 minute cardio workouts before and after the main routine that includes flexibility and strength training
- Diet includes a breakfast burrito, a midmorning snack of a fruit smoothie, lunch of salad, afternoon snack of an oatmeal cookie, and a light dinner, preferably Japanese cuisine.
