Image of Kristn Bale in swim suitIf the mantra used by Bethenny Frankel is to taste everything and eat nothing and that by Michaele Salahi is to eat practically nothing, Kristen Bell is more focused on burning calories and still be able to enjoy a cheesecake from time to time.  She actually knows one very big secret of losing weight: even simple activities burn calories.  So for example, if you are working on a desk and answer the phone.  If you keep sitting, you are basically not burning any calories but if you stand up, suddenly you are burning a lot more, and if you start walking around your chair, you burn even more.  She tells Shape, “If I can burn 10 calories by avoiding the elevator, I’m all for it. More flights of stairs means I can eat more candy!”

Now, while vegetarians like her are slimmer, you do not have to go as far as her by growing your own organic vegetables, unless you enjoy farming.
