I can understand how you feel. The love of your life decided to marry someone else without giving you the opportunity to do something about it. Indeed, she may have been pressurized to do this, but if she really loved you as much as you did, she could have asked you to marry her in a civil ceremony and her parents would have been unable to stop you from being together for life.
My advice to you would be to look at the way you look at other failures in life: learn from it and move on because life is too short to look back. Certain things in life simply do not work out and rather than being discouraged by them, we should get up, be strong, and keep going ahead. If you have a loving heart, I am sure another woman will see it and fall in love with you.
