Before I give you tips on how to be a stud, I want you to understand a few things:

1. It is not the quantity that counts.  It is the quality of sex that matters.  Women have told me over and over again that even awesome sex once a week is better than lousy sex every night.
2. Five times a night does sound a little on the high side and maybe difficult to accomplish every single night, but it is not impossible.
3. Not all women like sex so frequently.  They run out of energy or desire or they can get sore down there and all women have different libido levels.

1. 3. Don’t do all the work yourself and make her do some of the work.  So let her be on top some time and just relax and enjoy.
4. To last longer, there are no magic pills, but my readers have told me that wearing a condom helps.  The other trick that readers have used is make sure that she is lubricated very well.  If you find after checking with your finger that she is not extremely well lubricated, use a lubricant.  You can try saliva or use jelly.  Remember the more the friction, the sooner you will ejaculate.
