The image of Kelly Osbourne we all had was that of a overweight and foul-mouthed daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. We saw her in the musical Chicago for a bit but then she rocked Dancing With The Stars, in which not only did she impress us with her dancing skills, like Marie Osmond and many others who have appeared on the show, she lost a lot of weight.
As you can see the pictures, right now she is one skinny girl and her weight is estimated to be around 105-112 pounds, depending on who you ask. While celebrity weights are top secret, some say that she weighed a whopping 160 pounds at her highest, when all she did was to swallow, high-fat/sodium chips, cookies, and sugar-rich beverages, I guess, like any other teen or coed.
When she lost weight on DWTS, she realized the simple truth that diet and exercise (she used the bar method) works. She has changed her eating habits by avoiding carbs and sugars. She also likes to have late evening snack (fruit, for example) to keep her metabolism going. She of course also stops eating when full.

I hope when I start my weight loss, I can be inspired. She certainly looks good – but the hardest part is keeping it off.
