I have never had problem with women wearing Spanx to hide the unsightly fat because it is no more deceptive than makeup or padded panties or bras.  We all need help from time to time to look our best, but this product from Spanx takes it too far.  Why would you need to be embarrassed about your baby bump or all the other changes that happen to the body during pregnancy?  Like Camille Grammer hiring a surrogate to carry your babies so that your body is not disfigured is disgusting enough, this comes close.  If you are so embarrassed of becoming a mom, then don’t.
