Bod4God book review

Picture of the book body for godThe fact that so many people are living unhealthy lifestyles and that has resulted in so many of them being overweight or obese means that you should follow whatever diet and exercise program works for you.  The goal is to have a healthy weight, an acceptable fitness level, and a long life without illnesses.

To me, the key to achieving that simple goal is to eat lots of home made food, made mostly from vegetables, and cutting down sugar and fat.  I do not complicate my life with gym memberships and personal trainers.  Every morning for about an hour, I just run on a treadmill that I bought 15 years ago, and lift some dumbbells that I also bought a long time ago.  I work around the house, go up and down the steps, and just stay a bit active.

That is why the way Evangelical gay Pastor Ted Haggard developed the Jerusalem Diet by marrying fitness and God, yet another pastor is trying to make money by doing what so many other diet book authors are doing.  There is not a single new piece of information in this book and it seems that all he wants to do is to rob the believers by somehow associating weight loss, diet, and the creator.  I would not recommend that you read this book because unless you are willing to do simple things on your own like eating less of low-calorie foods and doing some exercise regularly, no book can change your weight.
