Sofia Vergara is 5 ft 7 inches tall and weighs 125 lbs. Obviously that is very low for a curvaceous woman like her and because she knows it, she does not go to extremes to maintain it that way. Eat anything you want but in moderation: What she is saying is that if you want to feel good you cannot deny yourself your favorite foods forever. The key is moderation. A bite of even the most unhealthy dessert will do no harm, but eating excess of even the healthiest food will completely disrupt your weight. As she says, she watches her weight closely and stops as soon as she has crossed that 5 lb limit. That is a very important point because in reality we gain weight in increments of a pound.
