Rosehip
drink recipe
Excellent
substitute for carbonated beverages and can be made calorie free
| Most
diet experts now recommend that you avoid drink regular
sodas because of the calories. Many people, however,
do not like diet drinks because of the taste. An
option is to switch to all-natural flower drinks,
particularly the one that we recommend: a rosehip flower
drink. You can buy tea or the pure petals of the Rosa Jamaica in Spanish shops and some health food stores around the country. Rose hips are rich in many nutrients, but particularly in vitamin C.

Add 3 cloves, a pinch of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick to the water and let it boil for about 15 minutes in low flame. Let it cool dawn
Drain the flowers to obtain the juice and mix with additional water and sugar or sweetener. Add ice and put it in the refrigerator to chill it for serving.
