How to develop a life strategy?
Women must have a life strategy to take full advantage of what Nature has given them

We have been discussing the true purpose of life and the role that friendships can play in defining our lives.  In the first part we focused on the value of finding a purpose.  then we discussed how important it is for women to realize that they have to value their lives, find their own purpose, rather than be guided by someone else.  In this context we also discussed the value of friendship. The we talked about why you should stay away from depression and continue to fight your way through life.  Now let us review the role of life strategies.

These are everyday things that we tend to ignore but can help you find a new hobby. You can do these things to keep your mind occupied especially if you are recovering from a breakup or are bored and you can’t find what to do.  Or in other words, you need to develop a life strategy.

Health:  The human body is very beautiful. It was created or formed in a unique way. It needs to be looked after very well.  (Related link:  Health and fitness)

Food:  Ensure that you feed you body with all the nutrients it requires. Eat your fruit and vegetables and take your vitamins too. Read books on health, visit your doctor periodically to help keep a check on your health. Don’t joke with these things. Prevention is better than cure. Know what is good for you body. Don’t eat carelessly, love yourself and take good care of yourself. Never use eating as a form of solace when you are down. Learn how to cook and bake too; it’s a great hobby who knows you may open your own restaurant some day.

Be active in some activity that will help with your blood circulation and heart. Take walks, stop complaining and go out there and learn something new. You could be the next tennis star.

Clothing:  Your body needs clothes, not only to keep warm and for decency but to look good too.  When you can afford it, buy yourself a great outfit and go out with your friends. Remember you don’t need to have a lot of money to look good. You just need a great imagination and know where to buy reasonably priced cloths and be able to mix and match them and you don’t need to have a big wardrobe of clothes either to look good. Skin:  Take good care of your skin. Let it glow with life and do not let it dry. This to has to do with what you eat. Wear makeup that suits you and enhances your best features and makes you look and feel good. So much information on products is available on the today so just make sure you get what is right for you by doing your research. Ask the experts, if in doubt. 

Hair:  This is your crowning glory. Wash it, nourish it and style it. So much to do with it. Cut it, braid it, perm it or keep it neat and natural. The choice is yours. Ensure it looks good at all times. Learn new styles and even come up with your own unique styles.
