How to get my body back after pregnancy?

Tone the body, remove stretch marks, and dress up

Summary:  During pregnancy, a woman's body undergoes huge changes, but as celebrities like Heidi Klum and Christina Aguilera have shown, through diet and exercise alone you can get your original body back.  Read how.
Katalina, a 30-year old mother of two, has her second baby six months ago.  She writes, "I have Photo of a blonde mom smiling and playing with her son.extra hanging skin on my stomach and big time stretch marks,  Since I am 5'4" and weigh 120 lbs, I don't want to lose much weight at all; I just need to tone my stomach, butt, and breasts that have sagged and it looks as if they have no life in them.  Please help me look and feel beautiful again without spending a lot of money since I have some financial problem as I have an ongoing ugly divorce process and a big fight for the custody of kids."

Life after divorce for women is tough but I think you will be alright. Just hang in there, be strong, and life will turn around for you.

I think you are at the right weight -- your BMI is just right -- so there is not much weight to lose.

Now as you can understand, pregnancy can do enormous damage to a woman's body and you have all the signs of that -- sagging breasts, loose skin, and stretch marks.

So obviously the first thing to do is to take up regular exercise. You need to pick what you like. It could be yoga or bellydancing or aerobics or jumping rope or even running; basically things that do not require you to spend a penny other than maybe buying a DVD.

Secondly, stretch marks are a fact of life with age even if you are not a mom. I would say that if you can simply ignore them for the time being you will see that as you get more toned they will be less visible. Most women simply choose makeup to hide them using if they are going to wear a dress in which these parts will be visible.  Maybe you can find some castor oil in the supermarket and rub it on the skin -- some women see good results and it is the cheapest solution that I know of. Other creams can be very expensive and may not always work.

And finally, you have to "feel" beautiful to look beautiful. So make sure that even using the clothes you have (there are always 75% off sales going on and you can buy many apparel items at less than $10 if you simply wait), you can always put together a new look everyday. Even if you are at home all day looking after the babies it does not mean that you have to be sloppy or not dress up. For the same reason, always wear some makeup even if no one is going to see it. Many of my readers tell me that they feel so beautiful by also wearing cute underwear (again it does not have to be Victoria's Secret since even at Walmart they sell very nice bras and panties).
