What workout should I do and
what should I eat?"
Please
keep in mind that both
Kim Kardashian and
Beyonce
have big butts as gifts of Nature, rather than
something as a result of
butt augmentation or
exercise, but the only reason they look so good on
them is that they
exercise regularly and
keep it tight and shapely. In my discussions with
fitness experts, it is impossible to
get butts like that but if a
woman works
out regularly, she can
develop a tighter butt. The same goes for
Lady Gaga's legs.
What can a personal trainer do for
you?
I think you will need to sit down with a
personal trainer (even a few sessions will be worth
it) who can examine your body more closely and
develop a routine for you. Then just
follow the routine and within a matter of months you
will see a
Hollywood body, though, there is no guarantee that
it will resemble any of the
Hollywood celebrities that you mention.
Diet for a better body
Regarding
diet, will you be able to eat what I eat? Here is my
daily diet:
Breakfast:
organic
steel-cut oatmeal
without sugar (add about 5-8 almonds and 2 prunes).
Include a
fruit on the side.
Lunch: a dish of
white meat with a side of
vegetables.
Salad is a must.
Mid-day snack: A
fruit with nuts like cashews,
pecans,
or almonds.
Dinner: Keep it light and if
possible
eat only vegetables, like a
salad. No
dessert. No
bread either. A
glass of red wine on weekends.
Healthy eating ideas
And absolutely no fruit juices from a box (squeeze your
own if you wish), no sodas ever, no snacks that come out
of a wrapper or box, and never eat any dish that comes
out of a box.
Make each dish from scratch at home using
ingredients that you buy yourself, preferably
organic.
Also stop
eating out to the extent possible. Maybe once a
month is the most you should
eat out. If you really get stuck, stick to a drink
and then come home and eat your regular meal.
Trust me if you can do all of this, you will look
awesome, regardless of the
size of
your butt. |
