Celebrity fitness secrets

We can get a body like a Hollywood celebrity if we try hard

You watch the celebrities on television, on the big screen, and in magazines, and you envy their looks and bodies. While sometimes you get depressed after comparing yourself against them, on other occasions you are motivated to become like them. In some cases you even try to ignore the whole issue telling yourself that somehow all that is unreal and you would rather be the way you are.  (Related link:  To learn about the vacation destinations of celebrities, please visit our sister website Starmoo.)

But there are women who do learn from the celebrities and try to get a body like theirs. Mind you, it is not easy, as you will see below, but you can do it. Hollywood celebrities are real (despite the fact that some of their images in the media are digitally enhanced), they struggle with the same diet and exercise challenges as we all do, and they get old like all of us. And while cosmetic treatments do help them, and so do personal chefs and personal trainers, at the end of the day, they have to drag their bodies out of a very comfortable bed and workout. The table below lists some of the fitness secrets of celebrities.  (Related:  How celebrities get fat)
