Dry, sensitive skincare
How to take care your skin during winter?
Monique
writes, "Based on the
chart for skin type on your website, I
have
dry (extremely) and
sensitive skin (Related:
Foundation for sensitive skin and
Masks for sensitive skin). Can you recommend
body and
face care lines that are good? I can't afford $200
an ounce face creams but I can afford good quality
items."
- For someone with your
skin
type, what doctors recommend (at a low price) is a
Cetaphil cleanser and Cetaphil moisturizer.
- Always use
sun protection, such as
Neutrogena Dry Ultra Sheer or
Anthelios. The higher the SPF the heavier it becomes.
(Related:
Masks for dry skin)
- Use Dove soap (Related:
Soaps
for dry skin), without fragrance for your body and a
body lotion without fragrance (you can find one in Sephora
or even Bath & Body store).
- If you do not have any other medical
condition on your skin, you may take caps of fish oil (such
as cod) or flax seed oil. If you have a medical condition,
please consult with your doctor. (Related:

- And do not forget to drink a lot of water
(even if you don't feel thirsty) and use a
humidifier in your
bedroom in winter (Related:

in your
work area.
