How to take care of yourself using natural
products?

While you will always need
high quality cosmetics and
personal care products in order to
take good care of your
body, some of the things that you can do are very simple. All you need to do is to have a plan in place and be patient since any natural cure takes time to show results.
Denise
Richards, the Hollywood star, follows a very simple
program and the routine includes cleansing every morning
and then applying a moisturizer and eye cream. In the
evening after removing her makeup, she again moisturizes,
but with a heavier cream for night. Every couple of months
she also visits a dermatologist for an exfoliating
treatment. |

Dark spots on skin or hyper-pigmentation. Also called melasma by physicians and dermatologists,
hyperpigmentation also includes the so-called
pregnancy
stretch marks. While serious skin disorder would require medical attention (either a
laser treatment or
dermabrasion), simple cases of hyperpigmentation can be treated with aloe vera. What you will need is
aloe vera leaf from which you take the gel out. Apply over clean skin and leave it on for about 20 minutes. For even better results, use sunscreen during the day. And as I said above, this
may not work for everybody, but it is natural, easy, inexpensive, and it gives good results to most people. If you have
severe skin
discoloration, then the improvement might be so minimal that you might not even notice it. In that case you must consult a dermatologist. Many women also prefer a
skin bleaching
cream. (Related article:

Wonders of eating fish.
Not many people realize that fish provides so many nutrients and is one of the healthiest foods available.
Omega-3, vitamin D, and proteins that can do wonders for your body can all be had in plenty from fish. Even
Dr. Perricone believes that if you eat fish, you do not need to worry too much about watching if you are getting all the nutrients. What if you do not like to eat fish or are a vegetarian? A
fish oil supplement can also be quite effective.
Keep your hands off. From the face, I mean. Yes, you may not realize it but every time you touch your face, you are passing bacteria to the facial skin. So all that rubbing and playing with your face should be avoided. Similarly, make sure that you clean your hands thoroughly before applying any cosmetics or personal care products on the face.
