Erin
Andrews was always a
beautiful woman but going on the reality show
Dancing With the Stars is a blessing because even if
you do not go beyond the first
round, you will still go through weeks of
dance training and
lose weight. I know it because I have taken
ballroom dancing lessons and have found that even
one hour or
dancing a week means a
great
workout with 100s of calories burnt. That is why
even fat stars like Marie Osmond
became so slim and thin. Something like that
happened to Erin too who lost 10 pounds, a lot of weight
for such a
slim
woman.
No surprise then that she looks a bit emaciated and
says, "I would like to put on a couple pounds. (I am)
being sloppy, eating cheeseburgers, having fries and
grits in the morning. That'll
get the weight back on me." She also plans to go to
her normal
workout regimen of
cardio and weightlifting on alternate days.
The lesson here is that you should try to stay in the
optimum BMI range for your height. If you move into
the underweight category, it is better to put on a few
pounds, and if you continue to
eat healthy, and
workout regularly, the weight will go in the right
places. I do not suggest pigging like Erin; it is much
better to
gain weight by adding
healthy foods, just 10-20% more than the normal
amount for you. It is not a reason to consume
unhealthy foods. |
