I have dealt extensively with the plastic surgery addiction of Heidi Montag. If there was one woman who knows how to be someone else with the help of a plastic surgeon's knife, she is the one, because unlike other Hollywood crazies, she is not some middle aged woman who got fat or had sagging breasts due to childbirth. She is a very young woman and already as beautiful as anyone can be. As you can see in the before and after description photo below, she has basically had a top-to-bottom makeover.
