became pregnant with my
first child I was a B cup but I went all the way to
an F cup
(I guess I beat
Christina Aguilera who went to an E cup). I have
experienced
drastic
sagging and it's so embarrassing. My husband says he
likes them but I don't. I also don't like the idea of a
breast
lift. Are there any type of exercises I can do to
make
them perky again?" Being

The bottom line is that
pregnancy and
breastfeeding along with age
cause
havoc to the breasts. You have not discussed your
medical history with me yet but it seems that a jump
from B to F cup means that you gained more than
recommended weight gain during pregnancy and
probably took long
time to lose it, or didn't because you hardly had
time. When the
breasts return to their original size, the
sagging is bound to happen.
First of all,
trust your husband.
Men also age and they understand
what
happens to women's bodies because
men's bodies too change with age. Secondly, discuss
with your doctor about your
weight and diet during this pregnancy.
After childbirth, again consult with your doctor,
and work out a
weight loss plan to
get rid of baby weight as soon as possible.
Generally speaking, the
less weight you gain and the sooner you lose it, the
better recovery you will have. Also, I know it will be a
hassle, but as the
breast size changes, always
wear a
well fitted bra -- yes lots of
bra fittings and shopping but
heavier
breasts sag even faster. |
