Tara Reid diet and fitness
How does she manage to look so hot?I was
browsing some old issues of Maxim magazine and I
realized how
good this American Pie actress used to look. Well, Tara
Reid has had her ups and downs and had to undergo
corrective surgery to fix her botched
tummy tuck and
breast
augmentation procedures, but now she looks better
than ever? How did she do it?
Diet
Tara
is on a
high protein diet and mixes a lot of
fruits and vegetables. Naturally, she is
avoiding carbs that can come from
bread, pasta,
pizza, etc.
Breakfast: Large helping of
fresh fruit and eggs for protein.
Lunch:
Salad with a white meat dish for protein.
Dinner: More salad and fish that is rich
in
omega-3 fatty acids and
low in cholesterol.
Of course, no
fitness program
is complete without
exercise. Tara Reid keeps it simple when it comes to
workouts: she runs several miles a day. She adds variety
by riding her bike or doing some
crunches. I strongly recommend jogging since it is easy to
do almost anywhere and
does
not always require expensive workout equipment.
