Diet is one of the most popular diets in Hollywood. It is said that

Cindy Crawford follow this diet. It is a healthy diet, but most critics think that it is too difficult to follow. It requires a strict 30-30-40 indicating the type of foods you will consume: 30% fats, 30% proteins, and 40% carbs.

The Zone
Diet is an effective diet, but the critics are right that this is a difficult diet because of the percentages. On the other hand, it teaches you how to eat and it offers
rapid weight loss. This diet cost $5 a week and it has quarterly charges. In the beginning you can cancel and get your money back. After that if you decide to abandon the system you will not get a refund.
Another option to follow this diet is to sign up to

not served by the company), but freshly prepared meals -
somewhat expensive ($25 to $50 a day), but well worth it.
