I have
to say that while I admire
America Ferrera a lot but when it
comes to being attracted to a star on the "Ugly
Betty" show, my crush is Vanessa Williams. I know, I
know, you are probably saying that I am
attracted to a mature woman, which I am, but I find
her very
seductive. I have followed her rise all the way from
her
Penthouse and
Miss America days to playing Wilhelmina Slater.
And in this show, she has really shown that apart from
her talents as a
singer and
model, she is indeed a very fine actress. |

So how does she manage to still look so hot?
She tells

struck me in what she said. You know we are constantly
aging but we don't realize it since it happens so slowly.
Every new day while you are just one day older, over time you
get
really old. That is why we need to make
lifestyle changes (e.g. most of us just can't have the
lifestyle of 20s in our 40s or 60s) but we don't because we
don't realize that today we are not what we were yesterday. |

Vanessa Williams
has come to that realization and said that since she
turned
40, she has
changed her workout regimen. She says that when she was
young, just running was enough but later on she had to switch
to
strength training and
weight lifting to keep her
body toned.
To give her body a break, she also
does yoga
when she is not doing
bodybuilding type routine. I hope that that
fat Tyra Banks can learn something from her.
