Beauty without makeup

Tanya writes, "Please tell me the tips for having a shining face without makeup. I do not want to use makeup since I am worried that the cosmetics manufacturers use harmful ingredients."

Here are my simple tips:

• Drink plenty of water.
• Exfoliate your face twice a week.
• Use a steamer to open the pores and pull out blackheads.
• Always protect your face from sun.
• Apply a moisturizer (you can use almond oil if you want to avoid a commercial moisturizer) if the skin feels dry, particularly during cold winter days.
• Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
• Do not unnecessarily pull your facial muscles.
