Do I suffer from premature ejaculation?
If you believe all the claims in spam email or watch porn, you will start to believe that real men keep going in bed the whole night. Nothing could be farther from the truth. In fact, women do not need you to last that long to satisfy them and to achieve an orgasm.
The latest research shows that best duration for a couple to make love is somewhere between 3 and 13 minutes. In other words, if you last less than that you might want to seek help for premature ejaculation. Otherwise you are doing just fine because each man, woman, and couple has their unique time.
Now it is important to remember that this does not include foreplay, which in my opinion can last for a long time and it can include simple actions like chatting, cuddling, flirting, kissing, touching, watching porn for couples, and anything else that excites you both.
So just leave the stress at the bedroom door, set the romantic mood, and go do it. It is fun if you both think it is fun and work a little to make it fun.
