Finding the right bra for A cups

Holly who is one of those women with small breasts, writes, “I have never been able to find a bra that fits me right. I’m a 32-34A. My problem is that when I raise my arms up, twist to the side or pick something up, my bra moves. I’m tired or spending hundreds of dollars at Victoria’s Secret and I’m too embarrased to have someone fit me. So what can I do?” she asks.

It is very obvious that you are wearing the wrong size bra. And, regarding the bra-fitting part, I understand your situation, but many women find that when a bra fitting expert measure them, only then they realize how uncomfortable they were all these years. If you are still opposed to be measured by a professional, you can actually measure yourself. We have provided a guide to measuring your correct bra size.

You may also not be wearing the bra the right way. We have an article that tells you how to wear a bra correctly.

The other thing to note is that you must stop buying at Victoria’s Secret – despite being a maker of very pretty bras – since they do not really specialize in bras for women like you. Wacoal, Olga, Playtex (Thank Goodness It Fits), Warner’s and Triumph BeeDees have a line that caters for AA, A and the like. See if you buy something at these bra stores.
