I love my boyfriend who is twice my age
I love to share stories of couples that have found love despite the wide age gap.
Monique shares her story in response to my previous blog post My Older Boyfriend Is Too Concerned About His Age (if you want to share your love story, go here). “I am 23 years old and my boyfriend is 45. We have been together for 5 years now and we are so in love. I just wanted to say that my BF at one point would tell me that I should see other people that were my age and that it is not fair that he takes me away from guys my age. I don’t think he really means it. Sometimes guys just need to feel wanted, they need to feel that they are the one for you and that you can see that. They want to see that you think they deserve you. I don’t think that it has anything to do with a mid-life-crisis.”
