I was offended reading about the discrimination against women with small breasts in Vietnam. In a ridiculous development the Health Ministry in Vietnam that any woman with a chest less than 28 inches not be allowed to drive a motorbike (there were also restrictions on short and skinny women). Now as we all know most Vietnamese women are flat chested and mostly slim.
After a public uproar over the plan, the bureaucrats backed off. I wonder if they were secretly trying to help breast implant plastic surgeons.
