How to reduce breast size?
Veer writes, “My fiancee has good sized breasts. She used to have 34 inches but suddenly it increased to 36. Now she is worried and wants to reduce her breasts. Could you kindly suggest some medication for her to reduce or to contain further growth?”
Breast size changes with weight, age, menstrual cycle, and pregnancy. Many women also experience an increase in their cup size when they take birth control pills, particularly, Yasmin.
The most likely reason for permanent increase in size is weight gain. If she has not gained weight in any other parts of the body, and only the breasts, and she is not on the pill (or any other medication), then it could be something that she may want to discuss with her doctor.
If she has gained weight, though, diet and exercise will enable her to lose weight and she will also see a drop in cup size. The feedback from our readers indicates that she may experience sagging particularly if the weight loss is rapid. The key, therefore, is to lose weight gradually and not have any more weight fluctuations to have firm and perky breasts for a long time.
Insofar as breast reduction is concerned, there is no easy treatment. Only when the breasts become very large, you can approach a plastic surgeon for breast reduction surgery. Women like Queen Latifah, Drew Barrymore, and Soleil Moon Frye have all had their breasts reduced.
