Believe it or not, based on what older women have been telling us, they are pretty OK with it except that almost all of them worry that the younger guy is going to leave them for a younger woman at some point. Other than that they find it as normal as dating a peer or someone older. So it is important for you to assure them that you love them for who they are and the age has nothing to do with your attraction. And also emphasize that if you were into someone your own age or younger, you would do that rather than invest the time in developing a relationship with someone older.

Well, like any other dating situation, it is all about two people clicking together. It’s just that 10-20 years ago if a woman felt that attraction towards a younger guy, she would have simply suppressed her feelings. Now that it is far more acceptable, women go ahead and pursue the relationship.
