The good news is that just because a girl has boyfriend it does not mean that she cannot breakup with him and be yours. To do that, however, you have to prove to her that you are somehow better than him and she can be happier with you than him.
So find out whatever you can about him and then try to be better than him. Be more romantic, pay attention to her needs, find time for her, give her gifts, and be her trusted friend. Over time she will realize that you are a better man for her and then she may be convinced to dump her boyfriend and choose you as her new boyfriend.
