Then you probably saw this cute girl using a silk scarf as a hair accessory along with a few flowers. This may not be the finest outfit for Jessica Simpson especially because of the sharp skirt and shirt used by sister Ashlee Simpson and makes Jess look a little frumpy in that denim dress but the hairband sure catches your attention.
