How to reduce childhood obesity?

We have an obesity problem in America (statistics say that the problem is already global) and our children our obese too. By eating unhealthy, the adults have also made children obese. Research shows that obese children miss school more often, are less likely to do well in school and go to college, have difficulty in their relationships, and simply end up being losers in life.

So how can we fight childhood obesity?

Clearly, gastric bypass surgery is an option for parents who are simply so addicted to food that they cannot teach healthy eating habits to children. The next choice is to shame kids about their weight. We need to stop being politically correct and start calling “weight challenged” people what they are — fat. Just kidding; watch this funny video.
