3G cell phone with a camera – Nokia 6282 review

Previously we talked about a Nokia cell phone for those people who are on the road a lot (what we call as the mobile professionals). But what about those of you who do not do business while you are out of your home/office, but still like to use your mobile phone as a way to keep you connected, plus to entertain you.

Nokia has an offering for you with the 6282 model. One of its most attractive features is 3G capability. In other words, more bandwidth. Which means that its FM radio will work flawlessly. Apart from that it has a 2.2 inch, 320×240 pixel QVGA display (that’s pretty big for a cell phone), a 1 megapixel camera (again good enough to take those pics when you don’t want to carry your digital camera), digital music player (when you don’t want to carry your iPod) with hot-swappable miniSD card support, Bluetooth technology and a sliding design.

And as we said before, since it uses 3G technology, it allows streaming multimedia audio and video content. And when you take those hot pictures and want to email them or upload them to your blog, it will be so much faster. And of course, higher bandwidth means faster download of games and video, MP3 or AAC ringtones, or over-the-air synchronization of calendar, contact and to-do information using the built-in SyncML client.

Pretty cool, hmmm.
