How stars get fat?

You must be watching how some of the really slim Hollywood stars actually become so fat that they need to go on reality television programs like Celebrity Fit Club. Others have undergone procedures like gastric bypass surgery or other weight loss surgery.
It is, therefore, interesting to guess how our celebs gain so much weight and the answer may come from two non-Americans. Ana de la Reguera is a Latina actress but acted for the first time in Hollywood in a movie called Nacho Libre. In an interview with OK! she complains that since working in the US, she has gained weight. She attributes it go enormous portions in American restaurants and homes.
Paul Bettany, who acted in The Da Vinci Code, makes a similar comment about American way of eating by talking about bread. "In America bread lasts so long. You buy bread, and then it's bread forever - it's Forever Bread!"
Now you know the reason for putting on those extra pounds and why Japanese women don't get fat.
