Cesar de la Parra is a Mexico-born fashion designer who has made a name for himself in Hollywood. He got his education at the Parsons School of Design in New York - that's right, the same school that you see on Project Runway reality program hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum.

He designs excellent clothes for women and is known for the innovative use of corsets. Some of the celebrities that have used his dresses are Nicky Hilton, Kelly Clarkson, Kate Bosworth, Robin Givens, Kimberly Stewart, and Diana DeGarmo.

And true to his roots - he does not mind a good margarita, especially if it is a Margarita King.
