It is no secret that Michelle Pfeiffer has small breasts but I was impressed by the positive attitude she has about her body. In an interview with Allure, she recounts a story of being approached by a woman, who told her how inspired she was to see her without breast augmentation - that she looked good in a photo spread in a magazine wearing an Armani suit, even though it made it very obvious that she had a really flat chest. Pfeiffer says, "I thought this was the greatest thing anyone has ever said to me. I am the poster child for flat-chested women!"

In case you did not know, she has not had any cosmetic surgery (yet). She says that breast enhancement is definitely not going to happen now because she has already waited so long.
