How did Nancy O'Dell lose weight after pregnancy?

I have a long list of celebrities that I admire for losing weight after pregnancy so fast and so well that it is hard to imagine that they were even pregnant. Here is the list:
I am adding another name to the list: Nancy O'Dell. So how did she do it?
Breastfeeding. While many women are afraid that their breasts will sag if they nurse their child, the reality is that not only is the mother's milk best for the child, breastfeeding also helps a new mom lose weight faster.
Eat healthy. Yes, you will feel more hungry but do not overeat and follow a balanced diet. She eats lean protein, vegetables and fruit.
Exercise. Of course, you must always exercise but when you are trying to lose weight after childbirth, having a workout routine is critical. Nancy does a dance workout.
