Unlike so many Hollywood celebrities who have gone under the knife, Helen Mirren refused plastic surgery when someone suggested it to her. That does not mean that she is necessarily opposed to it. She just does not seem to like it on her.

She tells the USA Today, "I absolutely believe in it! Why feel miserable if you can change something? But breast implants are weird to me. They seem a bit like hanging a pair of oranges around your neck." Fair enough. But it all depends on the cup size you choose. A woman with implants up to a full C cup looks great; it is only when a slim woman chooses to go bigger than that, they look unnatural.
