Ingredients
5 eggs
One can of 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk
One can of 14 oz of evaporated milk
5 teaspoon of
coffee liqueur such as Kahlua
2 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of sugar
Preparation
To make caramel, put the sugar in a small heavy-bottom pan. When the sugar melts, lower the heat and wait until it looks golden brown. Put in a flan mold or baking pan (9 inches). Save a couple of spoons of caramel to decorate. Act quickly because the caramel hardens fast.

To cook the flan you will use the bain-marie technique: bain-marie
(baño Maria) or water bath. Get a larger pan than the one used to put the mix and fill it up to half with warm water.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor using the whip function of the blender for 3 minutes.
Pour in the flan mold or baking dish.
Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 F.
Wait until it is cold and you can get it out of the mold and decorate with the cocoa powder. To take it out of the mold, after it is cold, run a thin knife around the edges. Put a plate on top of the baking pan and flip over.
