Ingredients
One can of evaporated milk
One can of sweetened condensed milk
Eight eggs
1 pound of cream cheese

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Pour the mixture in a flan mold or baking pan.
To cook the flan you will use a bain-marie
or water bath. Get a larger pan than the one used to put the mix and fill it up to half with warm water.
Bake it at 375 F for about one hour. Every 20 minutes, put a knife in the center to see if it is firm. Once it is firm, the knife will come out clean and the flan can be taken out of the oven.
Put to cool down for a couple of hours.
To take it out of the mold, after it is cold, run a thin knife around the edges. Put a plate on top of the baking pan and flip over.
