What will you need?
Six oz. or 170 gm of steamed rice
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 1/3 tablespoons of sugar
One cup of fresh cream
Vanilla
One tablespoons or orange curacao
How to make it?
Put the milk and rice in a saucepan and first heat it on high. Add the sugar and bring it to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes. Remember to keep stirring continuously. Now let it cool down.
After it has cooled, add the fresh cream and mix it all in a blender.
Add the vanilla and orange curacao and pour the contents into a large cake tray.
Leave it in the fridge for at least two hours. Then move the contents with a spoon and let it stand for an additional 30 minutes.
How to serve and eat rice cream?
Rice cream should be ready when it looks smooth on top.
Serve into individual bowls and spray a little bit of cinnamon powder, if you like the flavor.
This should be enough for six people unless people start asking for more.
