Like most
people I am lazy to cook at times but still want to
eat healthy. Based on what I have seen in
Vietnamese
and
Japanese restaurants, this is a recipe that I use.
What will you need?
Organic
rice noodles with no preservatives. Cook
following the instructions on the package.
In a wok, stir fry garlic, onion,
cabbage (and other vegetables like zucchini,
cauliflower, and whatever else that you like), and when
it is almost done, add the
shrimps. Add salt and black pepper.
Sometimes I also add a teaspoon of soy sauce.
Now if you want a soup like I did, do
not drain the noodles and simply mix everything.
If you want a stir-fried version, drain the noodles and
and mix them up with the veggies and shrimp in the wok. |
