Sweet cornbread

Perfect feast during autumn

This sweet corn bread recipe gives somewhat softer bread.  You might notice that the consistency will be almost like custard.  Some people like a more traditional bread like consistency.  To do that just increase the amount of flour to 3/4 of a cup.

What will you need? Photo of homemade corn bread.
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 ounces of butter
  • 1 can of sweet corn (whole or pure)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
How to make it?
  • Preheat the oven to approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 180 degree Centigrade).
  • Grease and flour a baking pan.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor and mix well.
  • Put to bake. After about 45 minutes, check to see if it is cooked by inserting a knife in the center of the bread.
  • Let it cool and serve.
