Well, a hair salon in Chevy Chase, Maryland, called HairDC (that includes stylists Drake Brown, Nsombi Hale, Jenny Schneider, Phuong Anh Tran, Nicole Adams, Alli Bucksar, Amy Grant, Moira Grasso, Hunter, Bill McCombs, and Heather Reed) has come up with some really cool looks. According to these experts, women's hair has airy layers that can be worn loose and free, or sleek and smooth. Hair color has gone cool, from icy blondes and inky brunettes to sunset reds.
